In April 2005, the Commission updated the prior (2003) version of the Maryland Sentencing Guidelines Manual.   The April 2005 version was reorganized and reflects the addition of an entry field on the Guidelines Worksheet to capture the amount of loss to victims in theft and fraud related cases.  In February 2006, the Commission reclassified two offenses included in the Guidelines Offense Table (Appendix A).  The Offense Table has been updated to reflect these changes.  The remainder of the Guidelines Manual remains the same as the April 2005 version. 

Unfortunately due to budgetary constraints, the Commission is unable to produce and distribute an unlimited number of Maryland Sentencing Guidelines Manuals.  We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but our budget simply can no longer support the extra printing and mailing costs. You may download a copy of the full manual below or you may download and insert the updated Appendix A into the April 2005 version of the manual.
